Welcome!
I was born
and raised in upstate South Carolina and graduated from Furman
University in 2001. Currently, I'm tracking down a Ph.D. at the
University of Georgia with research interests in the religious,
political, and cultural history of twentieth century America.
I also teach courses at UGA on modern American history, American
religious history, and world history.
My wife Jenna
and I live in Athens with way too many books, several guitars,
lots of cookware, a cat named Feral, and our precocious son William.
